原理解析：双螺母消隙4种方式

    为了保证反向传动精度，一般都要用双螺母结构预紧，以达到轴向消隙。一般消隙方式有以下几种：

    双螺母垫片式消隙，此种形式结构简单可靠、刚度好，应用最为广泛，在双螺母间加垫片的形式可由专业生产厂根据用户要求事先调整好预紧力，使用时装卸非常方便。 

    双螺母螺纹式消隙

    利用一个螺母上的外螺纹，通过圆螺母调整两个螺母的相对轴向位置实现预紧，调整好后用另一个圆螺母锁紧，这种结构调整方便，且可在使用过程中，随时调整，但预紧力大小不能准确控制。  

  

    齿差式消隙

    在两个螺母的凸缘上各制有圆柱外齿轮，分别与固紧在套筒两端的内齿圈相啮合，其齿数分别为Z1、Z2，并相差一个齿。调整时，先取下内齿圈，让两个螺母相对于套筒同方向都转动一个齿，然后再插入内齿圈，则两个螺母便产生相对角位移，其轴向位移量为：

    弹簧预紧方式消隙

    这种方式与第一种垫片式都是一个原理，应用比较广，有成熟产品。如上图
说明：后螺母上有外花键正好和与前螺母上的内花键相配合，这就起到了防旋转的作用。为了使消隙螺母有效工作，势必需要两个螺母分别向同一方向靠近或相反方向背离，C型螺母采用反向力推动螺母以消除间隙，螺母由于压缩弹簧的作用力各自向相反方向背离，从而消除了间隙。压缩弹簧给套环施加了力，而套环将力传输到后螺母，这一作用力就使后螺母与前螺母分离，消除了间隙。
