4. Construction methods
(1). Lapping

(2). Fixed
Roofing tiles, wall panels, free-standing and suspended ceilings can be fixed using special hooks provided by our company. Self-tapping can also be used.
The wavy tile series must be fixed with the special hooks provided by our company. It is not allowed to use the special wooden studs provided by our company.
Each purlin, each tile needs to install two sets of accessories, accessories must be fixed on the crest.
At the longitudinal edge of the tile, no wave crest should be fixed on the purlin with accessories. In windy areas, auxiliary reinforcement measures are needed.
When the wall board is installed, two or more rivets are needed to fix each two purlins at the lap of the two wall boards.
When installing the tile hooks, use special pads under the tile. When tightening the nuts, make sure that the elasticity is moderate and must not be too tight.
When installing the ridge roof, both sides of the tile and ridge tile should be installed at the same time.
(3). Use a circular fine-tooth saw when cutting tiles. The installation method of the enhanced lighting tile is the same as above. Note: Please strictly distinguish between the positive and negative sides of all enhanced lighting tile materials in use. Please install professional team to ensure the installation quality

4. Fire prevention
The steel tile has been inspected by the National Chemical Testing Center, and its fireproof performance grade is Class B1, which is fire-resistant. All the factories that emphasize the fire safety regulations are applicable. They are the safe and environmentally friendly roofing materials recommended by the National Building Material Promotion Association.
5. Insulation
The thermal conductivity of plastic tile is 0.22, which is about 1/3 of the clay tile, 1/2000 of the 0.5mm thick colored steel tile, so the insulation performance of the plastic tile can still reach the maximum without installing any insulation and cooling facilities. Good, fully able to meet demand.
6. Noise reduction
Plastic tile can effectively block the noise caused by natural factors such as rainfall and wind.
