The hydraulic press is divided according to the application characteristics: double-action deep drawing press, multi-station automatic press, rotary head press, hot die forging press and cold extrusion machine.   2 multi-station automatic press: multiple presses on one press, multi-channel forming molds, blanks are automatically transferred to the next station   mobile. In one stroke of the press, each station simultaneously performs each forming process to form one workpiece.

① double-action drawing press: It has inner and outer two sliders, pull a deep cup shaped. Before drawing, the outer slider first presses the outer edge of the sheet.   Then the inner slider drives the punch to deepen the cup to prevent the outer edge of the slab from wrinkling. After the drawing is completed, the inner slider returns first, and the outer slider is released. Inner and outer slider   The ratio of nominal working force is ( 1.7 to 1 ) :1 .

3 Rotary head press: There is a turret between the slider and the workbench that can be used to install dozens of molds. The mold can be selected as needed. Blank material   On the mold and no longer move. After each stroke, the turret rotates one position to complete a process. This type of press has high positioning accuracy.   In the adjustment of the product, a multi-purpose machine is used for punching the bottom plate and panel of the instrument. The turret head press can be equipped with a CNC system, according to the programmed instructions   The mold and sheet forming parts are selected to automatically complete the complicated stamping work.

⑤ cold extrusion machine: for cold, hot state poster was press extruded metal parts, such as cartridge cases, like toothpaste tubes. Cold extrusion machines are generally vertical and feature good stiffness.   High guiding precision, large working pressure, small work surface and long working stroke.  

4 hot forging press:   Used for die forging production.   The fuselage is stiff,   The guide surface is long and can withstand the eccentric load.   In the past, the crank-link mechanism was used more , and the double-slider type and the wedge type have been used to improve the rigidity. The double-slider structure is simpler and lighter in weight; the wedge-shaped structure has a large bearing area, but the transmission efficiency   low. When the die forging is easy to be stuck near the bottom dead center (commonly known as boring car), a release device is provided. There are upper and lower ejection devices in the machine.   Now multi-die forging , forgings with high precision, suitable for mass production. The maximum size is 160 mega ton.
