1. Choose the factors to consider
(1) Diameter of bearing inner and outer rings.
(2) The type of bearing structure, such as radial bearings, angular contact bearings, cylindrical roller bearings, etc.
(3) The accuracy grade of the bearing, such as po, p5, p6, etc.
2. Other factors
(1) When the bearing is working, due to the influence of frictional heating and other heat sources (such as the heat transferred by the windings when the motor is running), the temperature of the bearing ring is higher than the temperature of the matching parts. Therefore, the fit between the inner ring of the bearing and the shaft may become loose; the fit between the outer ring and the hole of the housing may become tight, so when the operating temperature of the bearing is high, the selected fit should be appropriately corrected.
(2) When the rotation speed of the bearing is high and it is working under shock and vibration load, the interference between the bearing and the shaft and the bearing chamber is best selected as an interference fit.
(3) When the bearing bears a large load or bears vibration and impact loads, the interference is increased appropriately. When using a hollow shaft, thin-walled or plastic bearing housing, the interference should be increased appropriately.
Third, the association accuracy matching relationship
The tolerance level of the shaft bearing position and the bearing room should be increased correspondingly with the increase of the tolerance level of the bearing, the rotation accuracy and the smoothness of motion. Considering the influence of the shaft and the bearing room on the bearing accuracy and the difficulty of processing, the processing accuracy of the general shaft is taken to be the same level of accuracy or higher level of precision: the bearing room is to take the lower level of precision or the same level of precision.
4. Rotating conditions and matching methods
The condition of rotation refers to the condition of the bearing ring relative to the load, which is divided into three cases of rotating load, static load and indefinite load.
