2. The valve seat has a self-cleaning function and is not directly eroded by the air flow during valve opening or closing. The seat should be made of lubricated, non-abrasive material.

3. Failure of the valve actuator will not affect other parts of the valve. Maintenance and replacement can be performed without removing the valve.

(1) Flat gate valve yoke bushings - Aluminum bronze yoke bushings are equipped with needle thrust bearings to minimize operating torque.

(2) Stem - thread length up to the bracket; pin and spot weld; stability.

(3) Pressure seals - Simple in construction, configuration of segmented retaining rings and silver-plated mild steel gaskets facilitate disassembly and best bonnet sealing.

(4) Flat Gate Valve Seat Ring – The welded seat ring is perpendicular to the flow passage for easy maintenance.

(5) Actuators - These valves can be equipped with electric, hydraulic or pneumatic actuators. Standard manual handwheels for DN300 and below, and helical gear operators for DN350 and above.

(6) Yoke - Fully assembled yoke through seismic test, easy to maintain and install the actuator.

(7) Gland - Two-piece, self-adjusting gland to avoid being ejected.

(8) Integral rear seat - Hard face, longest service life.

(9) Disc - The spring-loaded clapper adjusts itself to reduce the torque demand of the actuator.

(10) Slab gate valve as a whole stop - integral casting bracket stop device, positioning the assembled bracket valve, making the valve seat more stable and reliable.
