First, the working principle
Steering pumps mainly include blades, gears, and plungers. From the current domestic development point of view, the most popular is the vane pump. The main parts are stator, rotor, oil distribution plate, blade, pump body and back cover. The pump body is equipped with a flow control valve and a safety valve. When the pump is working, the slide valve has a certain opening degree, so that the flow rate reaches the specified requirement, and the excess flow rate is returned to the smoking chamber of the pump. If the oil circuit is clogged or accident, and the system pressure exceeds the maximum working pressure of the pump, the safety valve is opened, the slide valve is fully opened, and all the pressure oil is returned to the suction chamber to protect the system.
Second, use and maintenance precautions
1. Correctly select the grade of the hydraulic oil used, otherwise it will affect the efficiency and life of the pump.
2, the hydraulic oil used must be clean, often check, regularly change the oil filter on the oil pump suction line. When the driver is refueling, he must have a filtering device to ensure the cleanliness of the oil. Always check, clean or replace the filter unit to keep the oil line clear.
3. If the steering pump is not used for a long time, it should not be operated at full load immediately when restarting. At least 10 minutes of no-load running time should be used.
4. When using, always check the steering pump for leakage, whether the operation is normal, whether there is impact or abnormal noise, so as to find and eliminate the fault in time.
