How to use phosphate fertilizer

Phosphorus in the soil generally cannot meet the needs of the crop, and must be supplemented by fertilization, but the phosphate fertilizer has its strange temper, and only the temper is applied along its temper.

1. Early application of crops absorbs phosphorus at the seedling stage at the earliest stage, accounting for half of the total phosphorus absorbed during the growing season. If the phosphorus deficiency occurs during the seedling stage, it will affect the later growth. Even if it is reapplied later, it is difficult to recover the loss of phosphorus deficiency. Phosphorus should not be lost in the seedling stage.

2. Fine application of superphosphate is easy to absorb moisture and agglomerate during storage. When applied, it should be broken and sieved to facilitate root absorption.

3. Concentrated phosphorus application is easily disabled by iron, aluminum, calcium, etc. in the soil. Therefore, it should be applied to the acupoints, strips, and phosphorus to be fixed around the seeds and roots to reduce the fixation with the surrounding soil and to facilitate root absorption.

4. Mixing with organic fertilizers, especially calcium, magnesium and phosphate fertilizers combined with organic fertilizers, can convert the insoluble phosphorus in the phosphate fertilizer into effective phosphorus that can be utilized by crops.

5. The layered phosphate fertilizer has little mobility in the soil, and where it is basically where it is. Therefore, the application of phosphate fertilizer in the bottom layer and the shallow layer is to apply the phosphate fertilizer in the shallow layer, which is beneficial to the absorption of the seedlings, thereby promoting early returning and quickning. Generally, 20--40 kg of phosphate fertilizer is applied per mu, one-third of the shallow layer is applied, and two-thirds of the deep layer is applied.

6. Mixed with nitrogen fertilizers The crops absorb a certain proportion of nutrients, and if the ratio is out of balance, it will not grow well. Single application of nitrogen fertilizer, root system is not well developed, easy to fall, and vulnerable to pests and diseases, and accelerate the excessive disappearance of nitrogen in the soil, causing imbalance of nitrogen and phosphorus. The combination of nitrogen and phosphorus can balance the nutrients and promote the roots to lay the foundation for the high yield.

7. When the crops are sprayed outside the roots, the roots are gradually aging, and the ability to absorb nutrients is weakened, often resulting in phosphorus deficiency. At this time, the water-soluble calcium superphosphate can be sprayed onto the crop leaves to allow the phosphorus to enter the plant through the pores or stratum corneum of the foliage. Cereal crops can be used at a concentration of 1-3%, and vegetables can be sprayed at a concentration of 1% on a sunny morning or evening.

8. Phosphorus fertilizer is applied to the phosphorus-deficient soil on the red soil dry land, yellow mud field, duck hoe mud field, cold immersion field and so on. Fertilizer soil and fields that have been continuously applied with a large amount of phosphate fertilizer in previous years may be appropriately applied.

The installation is as follows.

1. Installation Steps
a) Choose correct installation site, taking installation area, pipeline, transmitter location &

valve location into consideration;
b) Install the meter according to direction mark on sensor; c) Install the sensor & transmitter on pipeline;
d) Connect transmitter & sensor with 9-pin cable;
e) Start.


2. Site selection

a) Sensor stays away from mechanical vibration source, for example, pump. Use flexible pipe to connect meter with pipeline if inevitable. The housing of meter must be standalone, out of touch with any other device. There must be 3 times the size of sensor between 2 sensors if there are many flow meters on the same pipeline, to avoid resonance.

b) Do not install sensor on pipeline that easily expands with hot and contracts with cold, especially near expansion joint, which leads to a worse stability.

c) Sensor stays away from industrial electromagnetic field, such as large generator and transformer, better 5m at least. Such device influences the performance of drive coil and pickoffs. Make sure magnetic field intensity less than 400A/m.

d) Sensor shall be installed on lower pipeline, to be easily full of fluid.
e) Make sure Ex-mark meet application requirements if in hazardous area.

f) Build a sunshade if the meter is under direct solar radiation. g) Keep the meter from corrosive liquid.
