Jiangsu Province Holds Quality Technology Work Meeting for Bearings

Zhejiang Province Bearing Industry Association, Jiangsu Province Bearing Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center organized the Zhejiang Province bearing quality and technology work conference, held in Jiangsu Wuxi not long ago.

The meeting affirmed the achievements of the Zhejiang bearing industry in the previous stage and also pointed out the problems in the development. Combining the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” and relevant policies, the four tasks of promoting modern bearing product manufacturing system construction, promoting independent innovation, improving the overall quality of the industry, accelerating technological transformation, strengthening brand building, and promoting brand strategy are emphasized.

Jiangsu Bearing Products Quality Supervision and Inspection Center analyzed the quality of rolling bearing products in Jiangsu Province in the past three years and conducted quality problems such as heat treatment quality, surface burn, clearance, life and reliability, and sealing performance. The analysis put forward targeted proposals for the problems and opportunities facing the bearing industry in Jiangsu Province.

For the current users in the use of the process of continuous improvement of life and reliability requirements, bearing companies in the life and reliability needs, the meeting invited a technical expert on bearing performance, life and reliability test application technology seminars, The theoretical knowledge of bearing life, the current status and development of rapid life test technology, and test and statistical evaluation methods are introduced to provide support for enterprises in future business negotiations and technology upgrades.
