Linear wear tester installation guide

, 10 CS-10 and 5 H-18 head rubbers, 50 S-14 sandpaper and wear depth gauges. Excellent wear test for profiled and polished surface properties (eg computer mouse or other computer or IT product plastic topcoats for wear resistance, general purpose plastics, automotive parts, rubber, leather and textiles, electroplating, free disassembly Components, paints, prints, etc. The following Shanghai standards will introduce you:
First, the installation method:
1. Open the instrument package and verify that no component is missing.
2. Attach the rocker locking device to the load bar.
3. Mount the joystick on the load lever and use a 9/64" inch hex to tighten the bolt. The linear wear gauge rocker bearing is factory set. For further adjustment, refer to page 23.
4. Mount the grinding head fixture on the bottom of the rocker using the hexagon socket.
5. Use the rocker lock to lock the rocker suspension.
Second, the use of guidance:
1. Rocker locking device:
The wear meter rocker locking device facilitates the replacement of the grinding head, cleaning and observation of the sample, and is more conducive to the replacement of the grinding head jig or other accessories.
2. Use of rocker locking device:
When using, lift the grinding head to the vicinity of the rocker bearing, and then buckle the buckle to the lower side of the grinding head clamp.
Lift the rocker when unlocking, and then buckle the buckle in the groove of the load lever, and gently lower the rocker.
3. Install the fuse set voltage:
(1) Place the two 2-amp fuses in the fuse box below the power supply on the back of the unit.
(2) Select the required voltage installation method according to the arrow on the fuse box.
(3) Put the fuse box into the voltage converter according to the selected voltage installation
4. Set the operating speed:
The "run speed preset button" is set on the panel of the linear wear tester. Users can also manually modify the running speed in the running program. The speed setting range is "2-75" cycles per minute. The wear meter will store the most recent setting as the current speed. Before the operator modifies the operating speed, this speed is the instrument default speed. The current speed will be shown on the display.
The following operating instructions are applicable in both "Run Mode" and "Surface Finishing Mode". The instrument must be in the "non-operational state" when performing the following setting operations.
5. The default speed:
Six speed preset keys are set on the instrument's control panel. Respectively 2, 15, 25, 30, 40 and 60 cycles per minute. Press the appropriate button to adjust the speed.
6. Manually set the speed:
With the following steps, the operator can set the instrument speed to another value.
(1) Press "MENU" to enter the menu page.
(2) Press "1" to enter the speed setting page.
(3) Use the numeric keypad to set the speed. The setting range is 2-75 cycles per minute.
(4) Press "ENTER" to save the settings.
(5) Press the "START" key to start the test.

Corner Cube Reflectors

A corner reflector is a retroreflector consisting of three mutually perpendicular, intersecting flat surfaces, which reflects waves back directly towards the source, but translated. The three intersecting surfaces often have square shapes. Radar corner reflectors made of metal are used to reflect radio waves from radar sets.

N-BK7 Corner Cube Reflectors are made from precision N-BK7 for use in a variety of visible light applications.

Corner cube retroreflectors are designed to reflect any ray or beam entering the prism face, regardless of the orientation of the prism, back onto itself. A mirror will only do that at the normal angle of incidence. As a result, corner cube retroreflectors are ideal where precision alignment is difficult or time-consuming. They feature three total internal reflections and will function even at very large angles of incidence.
