(hereinafter referred to as “the company”) has recently been affected by events such as the default of corporate bonds, cases involved in litigation, and the bankruptcy and reorganization of creditors. The company’s customers believe that the company’s ability to continue operations is limited, so the plan was cancelled. Orders led to the suspension of production of the company's Shanghai headquarters production line in recent days. The company is currently actively looking for other partners to strive to resume production as soon as possible.

Up to now, apart from the suspension of production of the Shanghai headquarters production line, the subsidiary Shanghai Weixue Solar Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is still producing the processed products. The subsidiary Shanghai Chaori (Luoyang) Solar Energy Co., Ltd. still has four solar cell production lines and Tianlong Optoelectronics to co-operate production. Among the eight solar cell production lines of the subsidiary Shanghai Chaori (Jiujiang) Solar Co., Ltd., four were in cooperation with Tianlong Optoelectronics, and the other four cell wafer production lines were still in the debugging phase.
