It is expected that there will be heavy snow (precipitation 5 to 9 mm) in parts of eastern Inner Mongolia, eastern Heilongjiang, central Jilin, northern Liaoning and other places in the eastern part of Inner Mongolia from 08:00 to tomorrow at 0:00, including blizzard in parts of eastern Heilongjiang and central Jilin. (Precipitation 10-12 mm), the Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a blue warning of blizzard at 06:00 on November 12.
Affected by another cold air eastward movement, in the next three days, the northwestern region, the north China, the northeastern part, the inner Mongolia, the Huanghuai, the Jianghuai, the Jianghan and the southwestern region have 4 to 8 °C cooling. The ground can reach 10~12°C, and the above areas are accompanied by 4~6 grade northerly winds, and gusts 5~7. Most of the central and eastern Inner Mongolia, northern North China, and northeastern regions have small to medium snow (rain) or sleet; most of the southwestern regions and south China coastal areas have more rainy weather. There are 7-8 winds in the eastern and southern sea areas of China, and the local gust is 9th.
Defense Guide:
1. The government and relevant departments shall, in accordance with their duties, do an emergency work to prevent snowstorms and freeze-resistance;
2. Traffic, railway, electric power, communications and other departments should strengthen the inspection and maintenance of roads, railways and lines, and do a good job in road cleaning and snow melting;
3. Reduce unnecessary outdoor activities;
4. Reinforce temporary structures such as scaffolding that are easily pressed by snow, and drive outdoor animals into the shed to feed.
