The high mortality rate of pig diarrhea that has not yet ceased since the beginning of this year has caused huge losses to the pig industry. The continued high price of pigs is the best reflection of this situation. The low efficacy of various antibiotics and antibacterials as well as antiviral measures (interferon, transfer factor, yolk sac antibody, etc.) is surprising and confusing. The mortality rate of pigs is 80%, or even 100%. Many pig farms have no room for delivery. Piglets.
The severe outbreak caused the new disease (Boca virus, intestinal calicivirus) to go away, and the researchers also isolated the virus from the pig. What is the truth? The author only talks about the diagnosis and treatment experience with his limited clinical practice, which may help to get rid of the confusion.
1 pig diarrhea characteristics
1.1 The age of diarrhea is early, the earliest can be at the first day of age, more than three or four days old
1.2 Fecal traits are yellow porridge, no specific malodor, no more bubbles, no blood components. No TGE-like watery diarrhea was seen. The vomit is yellow-white milk clot and gastric juice, vomiting before diarrhea, vomiting begins to vomit.
1.3 other symptoms. The body temperature is about 40 degrees, some of the sick pigs have normal body temperature, and most of the diarrhea remains in the early stage of diarrhea. The dehydration occurs rapidly, the eyeball subsides obviously, and the DIC (diffuse intravascular coagulation) process is generally not seen. The course of disease is about 3-5 days.
1.4 Epidemiology. Diarrhea only occurs in the delivery room pigs, which can occur in multiple batches for half a year; the incidence rate is 50%-100%, the mortality rate is 80%-100% according to viral diarrhea or bacterial diarrhea, breeding pigs, nursery pigs The large and medium-sized pigs did not occur; the hygiene management of the delivery room was the same as before, and the relevant reasons could not be found. The same could not find the signs of the introduction of the exogenous diseases; the epidemic mainly occurred in the medium and large-scale pig farms. There are fewer pig farms and free-range households.
1.5 treatment effect. Antibiotics and antibacterials as well as antiviral therapy (interferon, transfer factor, yolk sac antibody, combined iodine solution for oral disinfection concentration) are ineffective. Adding oral rehydration salts or intraperitoneal rehydration has no previous effect and can only prolong the course of disease for one or two days. However, in pigs with PR lesions, the use of pre-dose nose can prevent newborn pigs from weaning from occurring; in pigs with HC lesions, pre-immunization can also prevent this disease .
2 diarrhea pigs necropsy characteristics
2.1 The appearance of the corpse is thin, the eyeball is sunken, the skin is poorly elastic, and the hindquarters are mostly fecal pollution.
2.2 The disease showed that there was mild to moderate congestion or hemorrhage in the small intestine mucosa. In some cases, the intestinal wall was thinned to varying degrees, the intestinal mucosa folds were reduced or even disappeared, mesenteric lymph nodes were myeloid or mildly hemorrhagic, and intestinal contents were observed. It has a porridge-like yellow-white color and no special malodor. In some cases, there is no intestinal content; the liver is swollen, the color is light, the texture is hard, there is no bile in the gallbladder atrophy, or the gallbladder is swollen and thin. Yellow to brown thin bile; kidney enlargement, when the renal capsule is peeled off, the coated fiber penetrates into the renal cortex and is not easy to peel off (meaning that the renal parenchyma is swollen or granule-like), the kidney cortex is light, and part of the cortex is cut. The structure is ambiguous, the adrenal gland is bilaterally enlarged, and the cortical medulla has different degrees of bleeding; the soft and light color of the myocardium is soft, the transverse diameter of the heart is enlarged, the coronary fat is jelly-like infiltration, and the myocardium is not seen; the other organs are difficult to see the gross lesion. .
In some cases, typical pseudorabies lesions (liver and lung necrosis, tonsil enlargement, edema hemorrhage, cellulose exudation, renal needle hemorrhage) or swine plaque lesions were seen.
3. Pig disease prevention and treatment program
Intramuscular injection: Quankang (0.4ml/kg body weight, 2 times a day) + Xinzijinjinfang (0.2ml/kg body weight, once a day). Continuous use for 3-5 days;
Oral: piglets are given sputum and electrolytes (oral rehydration salts) to prevent dehydration
Mixing: The sow feed was added with scorpion venom (1% added), gram (2 kg/ton feed) and baking soda (0.3%). Continuous use for 7-10 days. Reduced use after rehabilitation. .
This program recommends that all preparations be pure Chinese medicines. It is recommended to use as little or no antibiotics as possible.

KONE Oyj (officially typeset KONE and pronounced /koʊneɪ/), founded in 1910 and headquartered in Helsinki, Finland, is an international engineering and service company employing some 49,000 personnel worldwide. The firm is the 4th largest manufacturers of elevators and escalators worldwide, and also provides maintenance services and modernization. In addition, KONE builds and services automatic doors and gates. The company provides local service for builders, developers, building owners, designers and architects in 1,000 offices in over 50 countries.Since 1924, KONE has been owned by one of Finland's wealthiest families, the Herlin family. After Harald Herlin purchased the company in 1924, he served as its Chairman until 1941. Afterwards, his son, Heikki H. Herlin, took over his father's post from 1941–1987. Control of the company was then handed down to his son, Pekka Herlin, which he retained from 1987–2003. The current Chairman of KONE's Board of Directors from 2003 onwards is Antti Herlin, the son of Pekka Herlin.
In the Finnish language Kone means "machine" or "device".
KONE UltraRope
In June 2013 the company launched a new high-rise elevator technology, called 'KONE UltraRope', which enables future elevator travel heights of 1 kilometre. The product is light due to its carbon fibre core and a high-friction coating. Because of these qualities, elevator energy consumption in high-rise buildings can be cut significantly.
KONE EcoDisc motor
The 'KONE EcoDisc motor', used for hoisting, reduces the amount of energy lost as heat. The motor control system and brakes make the elevator ride quiet and the design frees up space.
Elevators
The 'KONE MonoSpace' for low- to mid-rise buildings is the world`s first machine-room-less elevator. The 'KONE EcoSpace' elevator is a machine-room-less traction elevator designed for low-rise buildings from 2 to 15 stories as an energy-efficient alternative to hydraulic elevators, and can fit in an existing hydraulic elevator hoistway. It is produced in a 150 feet per minute (0.76 m/s) speed, 200 feet per minute (1.0 m/s) and 350 feet per minute (1.8 m/s) variants. The 'KONE MiniSpace' elevator with a small machine room is often used in high-rise buildings.
