b. Open the total water inlet valve, adjust the flow of each cooling branch, and observe whether the water flow in each waterway is unobstructed through the water-receiving device and check whether the indicator instruments are normal.
c. Start the auxiliary oil pump for the thin oil station and adjust the pressure to meet the specified requirements.
d. The number of crankshafts of the air compressor was changed to confirm that there were no abnormal sound and looseness in the running parts.
e. Instantly start the motor and check if the crankshaft direction of the air compressor is correct. After stopping, check the components of the compressor. If there is no abnormality, a second start can be performed.
f. Run for 5 minutes after the second start-up. Check for overheating, abnormal vibration, etc. in each part. If problems are found after shutdown, check the cause and remove them in time.
g. After the third start-up, the empty load operation time of the air compressor is usually 4 hours.
What should I do when the screw air compressor is in idle operation?
a. There should be no abnormal sound and vibration during operation.
b. The lubricating oil system works normally. The lubricating oil supply pressure and tin content are in accordance with the specifications in the product specification.
c. The cooling water system is working properly. The pressure and temperature of the water supply should meet the values ​​specified in the instruction manual.
d, piston rod temperature at the packing flange does not exceed 1-O °C. The temperature of the main bearing tile and connecting rod tile does not exceed fi5 °C.
e. The motor temperature and current should not exceed the values ​​specified on the motor nameplate.
f, electrical, instrumentation equipment is working properly.
