The project has developed a composite insulator with temperature resistance ≤175°C, pressure resistance ≤140MPa, acid and alkali resistance, high strength and wear resistance, insulation value ≥500MΩ, and has obtained the national invention patent (patent number: ZL200710018680.X). Products including pipes and rods are the first in China. Used by oil logging instrument manufacturers, it fully meets the requirements and breaks the situation that domestic instruments are completely dependent on imports for such materials. The bonding technology of composite insulators and metals is also a major issue that has been faced for a long time in China. Its conquering has greatly advanced its application scope and field, and optimized the design, material selection, processing and manufacturing of petroleum logging instruments. Cost reduction has profound meaning and direct economic benefits. Since the first batch of scientific research samples were introduced in 2006 and successfully applied by users, the performance of this product has been continuously improved and improved, filling the domestic gap and replacing imported insulating materials such as PD41 and PD43. It has been adopted by PetroChina, CNOOC and Sinopec, and has obtained 22nd from China National Petroleum Corporation Logging Co., Ltd. (CPL), China Oilfield Services Co., Ltd. (COSL), Shengli Weiye Petroleum Engineering Technology Service Co., Ltd. and China Electronics Technology Group. The Institute, China Petroleum Great Wall Drilling Technology Research Institute, Hangzhou Ruilisheng (715), Beijing Huanding Technology Co., Ltd. and other famous domestic logging instrument manufacturers are widely used, and only CNPC logs are used to manufacture hundreds of them. The set of electrical instruments has made an important contribution to the localization of China's petroleum logging instrument manufacturing. With the production and promotion of this series of products, the scale of the company has also expanded rapidly, and the level of R&D and manufacturing has also undergone a qualitative leap. The high-strength wear-resistant insulators with corrosion resistance of 200°C, 170Mpa and H2S, CO2 and other corrosive gases have been successfully used by users and laid a solid foundation for the future development of the company.
The company's scientific research results filled with domestic blanks have attracted widespread attention from the domestic and international oil logging industry.
