Xiamen will closely monitor large network

For the four districts outside Xiamen Island, the coverage rate of video surveillance is relatively low, and there are still a large number of actual conditions for monitoring blank areas in rural areas. From this year onwards, all districts outside the island have started construction in steps. In the future, the out-of-island video surveillance will also be woven into a dense "big net."

Haishu District plans to invest 4 million yuan this year to complete the construction of video surveillance at the Haitang Old Town Area, Dongfu Area and along Haitang Avenue. A total of 226 cameras will be built at 168 monitoring sites, of which 54 high-resolution cameras will be completed before the 2012 Spring Festival.

Jimei District has planned more than 3 million yuan in special funds for science and technology this year for the construction of the 7 high-security section-mounting system at Xinglinwan Road. In the next step, Jimei District will build a batch of high-definition monitoring systems, and comprehensively upgrade and transform the public security branch's video surveillance center to achieve the integration and networking of the region's monitoring system resources.

Tongan District will continue to increase the construction of video surveillance systems in industrial parks and plans to invest 5.6 million yuan. It plans to build 89 monitoring points and a public security branch monitoring center. It has now completed the third and fourth ports of the Tongan Industrial Concentration Zone and Lotus Industry. The tender for the district monitoring system is planned to be completed and put into use from the end of this year to the beginning of next year.

At the same time, Tongan District also invested 4.19 million yuan to build 6 sets of high-definition bayonet systems on the main roads of the 324 State Road in the three sections of Hongtang Sanzhong Road and Tongxin Road and the five government road sections of the township, forming an automatic capture and exit Tongan District. The HD video surveillance system for vehicles and pedestrians is currently under construction.

Xiang'an District builds a high-definition monitoring system by leasing to operators. At present, 180 high-definition monitoring points have been put into use, and relevant debugging is still underway. At the same time, Ma Xiangzhen and Xindian Town Government also leased 54 HD surveillance points.

Xiang'an District also plans to invest 768 million yuan a one-time investment in the original 232 analog video monitoring point into a rental high-definition digital probe mode, including 160 years to complete the transformation, the remaining 72 batches of transformation is completed.
