The provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and the cities with separate plans, and the competent departments of industry and informatization of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, and relevant central management enterprises:

In order to deeply implement the innovation-driven development strategy, according to the "Technical Innovation Demonstration Enterprise Certification Management Measures (Trial)" (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology [ 2010 ] No. 540 ), after review, the Ministry identified Beijing Xiaomi Mobile Software Co., Ltd. and other 53 companies as 2019 National Technological Innovation Demonstration Enterprise (list is attached) is now announced.

The national technology innovation demonstration enterprises implement dynamic management, review and appraisal every three years, confirm qualified demonstration enterprises, and revoke the titles of unqualified. The competent industrial and informatization departments and relevant centrally-managed enterprises in all localities should do a good job of management in accordance with the requirements, give full play to the leading role of national technological innovation demonstration enterprises, conscientiously sum up experience, and bring the enterprise's technological innovation work deeper into practice.
