The production project of sapphire crystal rod with an annual output of 25 million mm was built by Inner Mongolia Jinghuan Electronic Materials Co., Ltd., near Hohhot City. Inner Mongolia Jinghuan was jointly funded by Zhejiang Jingsheng Electromechanical Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Zhonghuan Semiconductor Co., Ltd. The project construction land is 106 mu, the total investment of the project is 103.093 million yuan, and a new scale of 400 sapphire furnaces will be built with an annual output of 2563. The sapphire production base of 10,000 mm sapphire single crystal rod (converted into a 2 inch crystal rod) will become the first large-scale production base of sapphire crystal rods in China after the project is completed.
