Since the working frequency of the electric welder is above 20KHZ and has a fast response speed, the droplet transfer can be subdivided into multiple stages for control. For CO2 gas shielded welding, the splash can be greatly reduced, the pulse melting MIG/MAG welding can effectively control the stability of the jet transition, and the droplet transfer and the movement of the wire feeding mechanism can be combined to further control the melting. During the drop transition process, good weld formation is obtained and the welding performance is stable. These are not possible with conventional rectifier welders.
Third, achieve centralized control
The welding machine uses a large number of digital controllers such as single-chip microcomputer, DSP, FPGA, etc., and realizes network communication between multiple welding machines or upper computer and welding machine through Ethernet and field bus. It not only solves the problem of multiple welders working together, but also facilitates centralized control during the welding process, and realizes the setting or monitoring of remote welder parameters, making remote fault diagnosis and maintenance of the welder possible.
