The project intends to adopt the technical route of large solidification interface temperature gradient semi-continuous casting combined with extrusion production, semi-continuous casting of magnesium-containing high-silicon aluminum alloy, extrusion molding, heat treatment of extruded profiles, surface treatment of extruded profiles, extrusion profile industry Technical research on key equipment development, system integration of extrusion profile industrial production demonstration line, product development and technical standard formulation.
