Abstract Hydrostatic bearings have many advantages such as compact structure, large bearing capacity, stable operation, long service life and low frictional power consumption. They are widely used in various machinery. In this paper, through the analysis of the main sawing motion form of the diamond frame saw, the key component of the horizontal sliding mechanism of the diamond frame sawing frame-axially moving hydrostatic bearing is taken as the research object, and the structural design model of the bearing is established and the lubrication is established. The systematic analysis and research of mechanism and performance has realized the effective verification of the design scheme and met the practical requirements.
